*Payments on your vacation can be made as often as you like and however much you would like. The above are mandatory payments that need to be met for travel deadline purposes. Each late payment will result in a $40 late fee added to your total balance.

  • Visa/passport handling fees

  • Any item of personal nature such as tips to porters / bell boys /waiters / drivers / guides / Escort / table /drinks / telephone calls / laundry bills / still and/or video camera fees

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It is YOUR responsibility to have the proper documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of your departure from the US and that your passport is valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being traveled to.

All visitors to Iceland must hold a passport that is valid for six months from the date of entry. For this vacation, your passport should not expire before February 2026. 

*Note: Passport and visa requirements are liable to change at short notice. Travelers are advised to check their entry requirements with their embassy or consulate.

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  • All payments to Moving Melanin are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please ask travel agent for travel insurance assistance.

  • All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at the time of reservation.

  • Prices include charges for planning, servicing and operating packages and are subject to change without notice.

  • Once payment is applied, applicable cancellation and/or change fees will be assessed, some may be non- refundable.

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

  • It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.

  • U.S. Citizens should refer to the travel advice posted by the U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov for all the countries you intend to visit. Vaccinations may be required for some or all of the places you are intending to visit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have arranged all necessary vaccinations for your itinerary.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

  • The payment schedule is required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required.

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Name changes are allowed with a $400 name change fee.
